MORE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT AND HOW TO USE
Oregano is a herb used extensively in Italian and Mediterranean foods. Some of the most common uses of oregano include adding it to tomato-centric foods, such as tomato sauces eaten with pasta or on pizzas. It is also popularly used mixed with olive oil to create a lovely drizzling oil, perfect on salads and steamed vegetables. But do try it sprinkled on to salads and over feta cheese with olive oil. To get maximum flavour from dried herbs, crush lightly in your hands when adding it to a dish – it releases the aromatic oils just that little bit more.
