MORE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT AND HOW TO USE
Carraway seeds are highly aromatic and have a distinctive mild aniseed/liquorice flavour – they are earthy with a hint of citrus and pepper. Loved by many and avoided by some. They are an extremely common and popular addition to rye breads and are also popular in British seed cakes. They are used to flavour soups, stews and sausages, salads and biscuits. Commonly used with cabbage and other greens in Eastern European cuisines.
