Roasted at award winning Moon Roast, a small batch coffee roastery based in Alresford, Hampshire.
Moon Roast choose their bean suppliers with utmost care. They thoroughly check for the highest ethical profiles to ensure that coffee growing communities are supported in ways that ensure a sustainable environmental and economic relationship continues.
The coffee beans in this blend originate from Peru and Ethiopia; they are typically organically produced. However beans are occasionally added from neighbouring, uncertified farms in the community which means that the blend cannot itself be formally labelled as organic. The organic certification process is a thorough and costly one that many small farmers cannot afford – nonetheless, they adhere to organic farming principles out of respect for the land and the natural world around them.
Medium roast, an honest crystal clean coffee. Balanced, refined flavour with gentle spice & sweetness.
Best used within 3 months of purchase. Store in an airtight container
PACKAGING
All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
