A great source of protein (contains all 9 essential amino acids so is a complete source), quinoa is gluten free and highly nutritious with a great range of vitamins and minerals.

To cook boil in water or stock for approximately 10 minutes until the white ‘germ’ appears. Drain excess water and eat hot or cold in salads. Quinoa has a delicate nutty flavour and absorbs the tastes of salad dressings and sources beautifully.

PACKAGING

All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
