A delicious, fine-gained, soft, dark sugar which is rich and fudgy; not free flowing.
This sugar is made by mixing sugar cane and sugar molasses. Molasses is rich in minerals and brings a great depth of flavour.

PACKAGING
All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
