WHAT WE DO

JUNIPER is a cheerful and inviting refill shop in the heart of Petersfield, Hampshire, filled with almost everything you could need in your household cupboards - from rice, porridge oats, chickpeas, chocolate and dried mango to washing-up liquid, floor soap, bubble-bath and gorgeous face creams. We are a packaging free shop, with most of our goods certified as organically produced.

We are motivated by a conviction that we can each make a positive contribution to reducing the alarming and unnecessary damage that plastic waste is creating to our delicate, natural environment and our own health; much of this waste comes from single use ‘disposable’ packaging. Just by tweaking our daily shopping habits we really can make a very positive difference. You can bring your own containers, jars, bottles and bags to refill (anything will do), or you can buy reusable, refillable containers from us. Alternatively, you can use our home-compostable paper bags or just ask for one of our a pre-owned, washed, donated bottles and containers from our store room. There are many ways to ensure that your shopping is truly zero waste.
